Keep Ennis Beautiful is proud to support our community through an official partnership with the Ellis County Courts Community Service Program. Through this collaboration, we provide meaningful, opportunities for court‑appointed individuals to complete their community service hours while contributing to the beautification and well‑being of Ennis. At this time, only individuals formally assigned by the Ellis County Courts are eligible to participate in this program.

Onboarding Process

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

The first step is to schedule an appointment to meet with the Keep Ennis Beautiful Admin.

CHECK-IN

Once you have received your appointment, please arrive promptly, complete the required waiver, collect your assigned equipment, and proceed to the designated work location.
Please note that reliable transportation is required for participation in this community service program, and all participants should be prepared and willing to work in outdoor conditions.
PHOTOS OF LITTER CLEANUPS

Participants must use a mobile device to provide photos of arrival times at assigned locations, and of completed litter cleanup.
This documentation if required to verify service hours worked.
REQUIRED CLOTHING

All participants must wear appropriate clothing during community service hours.
A safety yellow vest is required for roadway cleanups, and a Keep Ennis Beautiful t-shirt must be worn while completing service hours.
Closed-toe showes and long pants are mandatory for safety, and participants should bring their own water to remain prepared for outdoor conditions
